Clean venue with marvellous location by tram from city centre. Excellent design of interiors in guest room.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room was new-fashioned and air-conditioned and included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set.

The location was good because it was close enough to outskirts of city, and airport.

I truly enjoyed courteous and perfect employees!

The rooms were wonderful, immaculate, came with very comfortable bed and complimentary bottled water plus non air conditioning.

This was a real good stay at the reception for service. I really enjoyed large king room with non air conditioning system. Got a savoury and rich breakfast included.

marvellous breakfast, particularly nice views, magnificent location close enough to haston, shopping centre and airport or city. a private safe, climate control, and a mini bar available in the guest room. nice bathroom with a bath.

The stay was very very good; no reason to complain. Good standard venue, absolutely perfect location really close to the center of the old town, the centre of the city and Wroclaw for a football game, appreciated our stay.

Value for money was excellent, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy highway.

Breakfast items could have been more varied with warmer scrambled eggs.

Great quality hotel with fantastic (and very attractive) staff. It was amazing value for money and suited us well as we stayed for an event at the new Stadion Wroclaw which is not too far away. There is a shopping centre with Tesco close by. Rooms are great, very clean and beds comfortable. The shower was excellent. Bar prices reasonable.

Location wise for a city break would not be ideal - you need to get a taxi if you are going to the Old Town which took around 20 minutes but always cost less than £10. As there were 3 of us this was not too much of an issue.

I loved the bright and impressive restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast for only PLN100 per person. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transport and the city center. Additionally, being close to the highway exit made it convenient for travelers like me.

I was informed that hotel was not given any stars yet, therefore they are just fooling people pretending to be a 4 star hotel. The Lady in the reception did ask me about my son if he was really under 12, well he was just 8 years old! Probably she had never had anything to do with children and for her he was 12. In the room, drinking glasses were awfully dirty! It made me puke. Attention, all the car park outside is payable, it is enough to cross the main gate, you dont have to park behind the borders to pay. Well, ok, but why they don't give any information about it? No board, no words from the reception. In my opinion, they will have a lot of problems to receive these 4 stars, it will make them them years to imrove

The staff are service-minded and attentive and deserve a 4-star rating.

The breakfast was savoury and rich with expired products and every taste, as for instance, very good service.
